Dr. Jessica Jackson

Physical Therapist
PT, DPT
I was born and raised in Levittown, NY, and earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2010. Since then, I have spent much of my career in outpatient physical therapy, treating a diverse caseload of patients of all ages. My husband and I were married in 2011 and moved to South Carolina in 2012. We have since welcomed two children and love raising our family here in Little River.

My certifications and/or trainings include dry needling, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, kinesiology taping, manual therapy, and functional movement assessments. I have most recently enjoyed courses hosted by the Institute of Clinical Excellence, which include Modern Management of the Older Adult, Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete, Rehab of the Injured Runner, and Lumbar Spine Management.

What do you do for the company?

I provide personalized, one-on-one mobile physical therapy designed to fit each person’s lifestyle, goals, and preferences. By bringing expert care directly to my patients, I make it easier to access high-quality, patient-focused treatment. Through hands-on care, movement assessment, targeted exercise, and education, I help people reduce pain, restore function, and build the strength and confidence to continue doing what they love.

Something patients have to deal with that you want to fix?

I believe getting the right care shouldn’t be difficult. My goal is to make expert physical therapy easy to access, timely, and personalized—so every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered to move with confidence and get back to the life they love.

Conditions You Enjoy Treating:

I enjoy treating a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions because no two patients are the same. I genuinely love problem-solving and working alongside my patients to identify the root cause of their pain or limitations. There’s nothing more rewarding than creating a personalized plan that helps someone move better, feel stronger, and regain the confidence to do what they love.

What do you like about working here?

I love working at Forever Young Mobile PT because it allows me to meet patients where they are and provide care in the environment where they live, work, and move every day. It gives me the opportunity to build stronger, more personal connections while creating truly individualized treatment plans that fit each patient’s real-life needs. There’s something especially rewarding about helping people improve their mobility, confidence, and quality of life in a setting that is convenient, comfortable, and centered entirely around them.
