We assess your risk: physical, home, and medical.
For the knots that stretching, foam rolling, and time alone never touch: a precise release you can feel before you leave the room.
What It Is
Falls rarely happen at random. They happen because of a combination of factors: weak hips, slower balance reactions, a rug that catches a toe, a medication that affects steadiness, and most people never get all three checked at once.
Fall prevention starts with a full risk assessment: physical, environmental, and medical factors, done right in your home. From there we build a balance and strength training program around what’s actually putting you at risk.
Most programs run 8 to 12 sessions, one-on-one with your physical therapist, aimed at one thing: confidence on stairs, on uneven ground, and everywhere in between.

Questions, Answered
We assess physical factors like strength and balance, environmental factors like lighting and flooring in your home, and medical factors that can affect stability. Looking at all three together is what catches risks a single test would miss.
Most programs run 8 to 12 sessions of balance and strength training, built around the specific risks we find in your assessment. You’ll get a clear timeline before you start, not an open-ended series of visits.
We’re a cash-based practice, so there’s no paperwork and no surprise bills. You’ll know your exact rate before you book, and we’ll walk you through pricing on your appointment. Questions before then? Call us at (910) 239-7834.
