Your hour. Not shared.
No techs bouncing between rooms, no handoffs mid-visit. Just you and your physical therapist, the whole time.
About Forever Young Mobile Physical Therapy
Most clinics manage your symptoms and call it a plan. We built this practice to end them: one-on-one care, in the comfort of your own home, every single visit.
Our Story
Jodi Young, Physical Therapist, TPI-Certified, Founder
Jodi Young has been a licensed physical therapist since 2006 and has always had a desire to help people. Physical therapy has let Jodi make a real impact on people's lives while building lasting relationships with patients and their families.
Forever Young Mobile Physical Therapy is built around one idea: great care should come to you. No crowded clinics, no rotating aides, no rushing you out the door. Just focused, one-on-one treatment in the comfort of your own home.
Whether you are a golfer chasing more distance, a runner staying healthy, or someone who just wants to move without pain, we start by finding the cause, then build a plan with an endpoint you can see. The people who do best here are the ones who fix things: their houses, their teams, their families. This is where they finally fix the thing they’ve been putting off: themselves.
“I have always had a desire to help people, and physical therapy lets me make a real impact on their lives.”
What We Believe
No techs bouncing between rooms, no handoffs mid-visit. Just you and your physical therapist, the whole time.
You’ve probably chased the pain itself before and never found why it started. We find the why, then the ache stops coming back.
You shouldn’t need a punch card. Every plan comes with a graduation date, so you always know how close you are.
Your job, your body, your goals: that’s what your plan is built around, never pulled from a generic sheet.
